Angelika, the head of our Julius Meinl Coffee Academy, spent a day with her team swinging the steam lance and preparing cappuccinos with the most common milk alternatives. In the process, she tested and documented the influence on coffee taste when using light and medium-dark roasting. And because Angelika doesn't do things by halves, she also did some research for us on the environmental impact of producing different milk alternatives.
